Do I have to download an app ?

Qlub is a web based payment method. No app download is required.

Is there a registration fee to use qlub?

Not at all, no sign up fee is required.

How do I split my bill?

Once you scan the QR code, you will be able to see the ‘Pay Here’ option on your screen. On this page you can choose the ‘Split the Bill’ option, and select items you want to pay from the bill above or you can split equally by number of people

How do I tip?

Before paying your final bill, you can add a tip by choosing from the predefined options or you can add a custom amount of your choice.

Where can I see my receipt ?

The receipt is emailed to you immediately after the payment.

How do I ask for a refund?

If there is a situation where you need a refund, don’t worry! Just inform a staff member at the restaurant and they will be able to process the refund for you
